📦 Used Books Bazaar — Return & Refund Policy
1. ❗ Eligibility for Returns
- You must report any issues within 48 hours (2 calendar days) from delivery.
- Returns accepted only if the book is:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect (i.e., not what you ordered).
- In its original condition (no additional wear/usage).
- Returned in its original packaging with any included freebies or tags.
- Non-returnable items: books marked “sold as-is”, certain rare editions, or once opened/signed/bound.
2. ♻️ Return Process
- Submit your request via email or website within the 48‑hour window, including:
- Order number
- Issue description
- Photos of the defect or wrong item
- Once approved, send the book back using the specified return address.
- Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) will not be processed.
3. đź§ľ Condition & Fees
- The book should remain in the same state you received it.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- If return is due to our error (wrong book/ defective), we will refund the return shipping cost.
4. đź’° Refunds or Exchange
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you about approval.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
- If you paid via COD, you will receive the refund via bank transfer or similar.
- A partial refund may apply if the book shows signs of use or missing contents (not due to our error).
- You may request an exchange for the same title if it’s in stock.

- Books damaged due to misuse, not during shipment.
